Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups diced cooked turkey
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1 2-ounce jar diced pimientos, drained
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard dressing
- lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Combine rice, turkey, celery, pimientos and dressing in large bowl. Serve over lettuce leaves.
